HR-Resolve Launch a New "HR-on-Demand" Service

For small to medium enterprises, an "HR-on-Demand Service is there for when you need it.  We can deal with staff issues that require immediate attention.  If you have less than 200 members of staff, you are probably better off outsourcing.  We can be used for any of the subjects listed above.

You may also be considering employing a dedicated HR member of staff.  But with your HR specialist comes a clerical requirement.  Once a lot of this work is done, we will be there again if you need us.  You find other benefits you can enjoy by visiting our HRoD page.

Our experience spans the full breadth and scope of human resource functions, dating back to 1976.  This not only provides an idea of our strengths but demonstrates our commitment and passion for providing quality human resource services.  We rise to the challenge of problem solving, often providing unique and innovative insight to these complex HR matters

We champion the cause for the inclusion of IT systems into all aspects of HR.
Over the past three years, we have introduced IT systems into various HR services that were previously based on a manual process.  We recommend the use of existing software applications wherever possible, such as Word, Excel and Access. 
We have provided services, along with Project Management, from conception to conclusion.  We can work to a fixed price where requested and tell you if your timescales are realistic.

 

For the past five years we have been using HR Software.  Our experience has allowed us to work with a diverse group of organisations, both large and small.  The inclusion of software into processes such as grading and pay matters offers greater control and consistency.  Where recommendations on pay and reward structures are required, help is at hand to assist with the complex negotiations with staff and senior managers that are often associated with such change.
